Not my favourite look I've ever done but I thought I'd post it regardless because we can't all be painting Monet for our mani's (well apart from piggieluv...that woman is insanely talented). This was also done a while ago, I'd say the end of September, so it's an oldie.
I love the Arabesque plate I got from MoYou mainly because it reminds me of all the blue Moroccan style bathrooms doing the rounds on Pinterest right now. And can you believe it I even attempted the other hand * le gasp *.
It was not a good attempt though. This right here was my very first attempt at reverse stamping while the design was still on the stamper. I used a small brush to paint on the other colours and I couldn't quite keep it in the lines and I didn't leave it to dry enough on some and smudged the base design.
As you can see the designs don't quite fit some of my nails either. I didn't realise that MoYou do duplicate versions of most plates. I was wondering why some were called 'XL', I just thought it was a bigger plate but instead it has larger versions of the same designs featured on the normal plate. On my other hand these ones were fine as I tend to keep that hand quite short but my left hand is normally a medium length.
I really wanted to do a tile design with 4 designs on one nail however, I didn't have enough time and I was a little unsure of how to execute it. But there may be a Bathroom Tiles part 2 soon....
